Support
Support issues are few
and far between, but occasionally a problem
arises. Prior to contacting us for support,
please read this little FAQ which covers
the most common issues :
- Remember that the
plugins require a host graphics application
compatible with the Photoshop plugin
(.8bf) standard. Plugins will not run
without a host!
- The plugins are
provided as an installation program.
You will need to install the plugins
to the Plugins folder of your graphics
application. eg.
"C:\Program
Files\Adobe\Photoshop\Plugins"
- The installer will
add a 'Little Ink Pot' folder and place
the plugins into there. If you already
have a Little Ink Pot folder, don't
select it when installing - only install
to the plugins folder.
- If you have installed
the trial version before installing
the purchased product and you still
get the Trial artifacts, it means the
full plugin has been installed to the
wrong place and hasn't overwritten the
trial. You should uninstall all plugins
and reinstall after making sure there
is no Little Ink Pot folder in your
Plugins folder.
